There is no point in saving your best or keeping special things for 'the right occasion'. Why should there be rules? Wear whatever you want, whenever you want it. Even if just to get milk. That's what our latest CH project, 'Get Milk', is all about: for the fun of it. Be overdressed at the supermarket. Wear the outrageous dress in broad daylight.
